Refund policy
60-day returns
Wear your WYLD Floaters for up to 60 days after they arrive. Fish in them, drive in them, give them a proper test. If they're not your favourite pair of sunnies, send them back for a full refund.
To be eligible, start your return within 60 days of delivery. The sunglasses need to come back undamaged, with the hard case and accessories, and with your order number or proof of purchase. Normal wear from testing them is fine.
To start a return, email blake@wyldsunglasses.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The WYLD Guarantee: sink them, break them, lose them, we've got you
Sink them? WYLD Floaters are built to float. If your Floaters ever sink, email blake@wyldsunglasses.com and we'll refund you in full. No time limit.
Break them? Sat on them, stepped on them, shut them in the ute door. However it happens, email blake@wyldsunglasses.com with your order number, post the broken pair back to us, and we'll send you a new pair free. One free replacement per pair purchased.
Lose them? Left them at the ramp or lost them somewhere they couldn't float back from? Email blake@wyldsunglasses.com with your order number and we'll replace them once, on us. One free replacement per pair purchased.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, so we can make it right.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Exceptions
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at blake@wyldsunglasses.com.
